    Notes: This page will include a contact form just like on the template you choose. Completed forms will be sent to the email address you provide. We do not share, or recommend that you publish your email address on your website. We filter most spam from the contact form for you.

  • Notes: if you do not provide a logo, the business name is what will show up on the site. There is nothing wrong with just having a business name on your website. You can add a logo in the future. If you would like us to create a logo for you, see "WANT MORE" when you have completed this form.

However, you can leave this blank if you prefer but if you want clients to visit you or send you anything, an address on your site makes it easy for them.
